The mighty Kawasaki ZZR1100 was the king of speed in 1991 and then Triumph launched onto the market. The launch bike was this, the Trophy 1200. This is number 361 of the original 500 made as shown by its silver engine. Launched as a competitor to the ZZR1100 it was comfy with good handling and a strong motor that could hold the ZZR upto 100mph. After this, Triumph just made the Trophy softer and softer but one of these early 500 made are still shockingly fast today. Pegs are a little high, but later, lower versions bolt straight on for a little more room.
